Frozen Food Retailer
$1.5 million in financing

An Ecuadorian frozen food retailer was growing successfully in domestic and select international markets. Their product had gained notoriety at trade shows and with international wholesalers for its high quality and competitive pricing.

To take advantage of the increased international demand for many of its products, specifically Pan de Yuca and Empanadas, the retailer needed financing to purchase additional inventory, hire more workers, and make small improvements to its plant.

The retailer approached EHB Capital with the hope of receiving reliable financing at an affordable rate.

EHB Capital initially offered the retailer a $500,000 factoring line to help finance its growth.

Since then EHB Capital has continued to facilitate the retailer’s growth and now has a $1.5 million line with the retailer. The retailer has been our client for almost three years and we look forward to working with them for a long time.

In part, thanks to EHB Capital’s working capital, the retailer has been able to:

– Increase its revenue and bottom line profit by improving its inventory turn.
– Expand into new markets with EHB Capital’s reliable and expedient financing.
– Introduce new, successful products to the market.
